By accessing or using the zc33s platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any other guidelines published by zc33s from time to time. • Opening or operating an account on behalf of another person without written authorisation.

Any violation of the rules above may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and zc33s reserves the right to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)

All financial transactions on the zc33s platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that the bank account or e-wallet details used for deposits and withdrawals are accurate and registered in your own name.

Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe stated based on your chosen payment method. For withdrawals, zc33s reserves the right to verify a user's identity before processing the request to ensure transaction security.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zc33s and its members, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. zc33s's total liability to any user for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by that user to the platform in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

Account Suspension & Closure

Zc33s reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice under the following circumstances: breach of these terms, suspected fraud, suspicious activity, requests from authorities, or at the platform's absolute discretion. Account balances in suspended or closed accounts resulting from a breach of terms may not be refunded, subject to the outcome of an internal investigation.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting customer support. Any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal following standard procedures upon identity verification.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

Intellectual Property

All content on the zc33s platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the property of zc33s or its content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
